I just wanted to express my and my families overwhelming thanks and appreciation for all you have done for all three of my children at Gateway.

I would like to say that the staff at gateway have been absolutely incredible with all of my children, and gateway has also always been so flexible and understanding with us as parents who work shifts, accommodating last minutes changes and cancellations.
My children and I talk about various staff members with fond memories, some of whom had great bonds with my children over the years and I feel incredibly sad that the family will be leaving and my youngest son was the last to pass through gateway.

From the very beginning, your support in helping our son settle into a new routine of nursery through to helping us navigate his autism diagnosis has been nothing short of incredible.

Every step of the way, you have been there to guide us—answering our questions, offering reassurance, and ensuring he gets the help he needs. No request has ever been too much trouble, and we have always felt listened to and supported. Your willingness to adapt and make changes to suit his needs has made such a difference, and we have seen him thrive in an environment where he feels understood and valued.
The kindness, professionalism, and dedication of your staff have not gone unnoticed. It is clear that you genuinely care about the well-being of every child, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the effort you have put into making his school experience such a positive one. We all will be very sad when it comes to the time where our son needs to move on.

Our little one settled so well at Gateway, as a family we were made to feel welcome from day one. He only did a few settle sessions and he was confident to go in on his own, the staff in his room were so friendly and reassuring, they built such a lovely relationship with him from the very beginning and he talked about them all the time at home. When it was time for him to move up to the next room, we thought he’d struggle with the transition but he absolutely loved his new room, the staff made a real effort to get to know him quickly and build relationships.
He runs in every morning now with a huge smile on his face, we’ve experienced a few different childcare settings and as a parent it’s a wonderful feeling knowing your little one is happy to be there, well looked after and thriving. All of his needs are met and he has made some great progress socially and developmentally since starting.

We have been really impressed with the level of communication from the nursery, the staff in his room keep us filled in on his day and what he’s been up to and regularly give him next steps to work towards. The management are always there to greet you with a smile each morning and at pick up and nothing is too much trouble for them, they know all their children and families and always support them in any way they can.
I would highly recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a high-quality childcare provider! We can’t fault them.
Covid meant my little poppet hadn’t spent much time socialising with other babies or many adults before he started in Daisys. His world was really just Mummy & Daddy.
I found the support from Daisys staff, especially his key worker Alicia outstanding. They were attentive in taking on board his home routines, helped him feel reassured, offering him affection in the way I would & kept me well informed. They were kind when I struggled with goodbyes. He adapted well with their attention to his needs & he absolutely loves nursery now. He gets excited to arrive each morning, eager to get in to play. Because of their nurturing, warmth and encouragement in his individual development he’s a thriving and confident toddler & I feel less guilty about being a working Mummy.
Our experience with Gateway has been fantastic from day one. The whole team are welcoming from the moment you turn up at the door to the moment you leave. The updates through the app are fantastic and the whole of the team keep you up-to-date with the daily activities of your child.
The friendliness of the staff and management has created such a great learning and development base for my child. The development he has made in both physical activities and also his speech has a lot to do with the love and care he receives at the nursery.
